Good and comfortable

Apartment in great condition, all amenities one would need for a short stay. A bit difficult to find when booked last minute but staff guided to the place within couple of minutes from a phone call. Good value.

Perfect apartment for weekend trip

Nice and clean apartment in recently constructed area. There are two grocery stores, a cafe, a sushi restaurant and a grill/hamburger place nearby. The property has no reception. You have to call Chopin apartments before arrival to arrange a hand over of your apartment keys. This can be a problem if you arrive late.

Sauberes Appartement ; etwas weit weg von ÖPNV

Sauberes Appartement, großzĂŒgig eingerichtet. FĂŒr 2 Personen mehr als genug Platz. Wir waren 2 NĂ€chte. Freundlicher Check in / SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe. 2 Restaurants (Sushi und Italiener) sowie Supermarkt in der NĂ€he. Einziger Minuspunkt : Etwas weit weg von ÖPNV (700 m von Metro oder Tram Station) , was bei GepĂ€ck mĂŒhsam ist. Abhilfe (in Warschau) : gĂŒnstig mit Uber fahren, was problemlos funktioniert.

Great value for money

Beautiful apartment and very reasonable. It's a little bit awkward to get into as contact must be made by text or phonecall 30mins before arrival. When we arrived we had to ring another number and wait for someone to come and show us how to get in. It is only a small complaint as everything else was perfect. The area isn't great but there's a metro station about 200mts away and its easy to get to the city center or the old town. Overall a great place to stay and great value for money

Modern, zentral aber trotzdem ruhig, bin sehr zuft

Das Apartment GebĂ€ude/Komplex befindet sich am Rand von Stadtzentrum von Warschau. Austattung sehr modern, sehr sauber, ab und an sieht man kleine Gebrauchsspuren, aber alles insgesamt mach einen guten Eindruck. 10 min Spaziergang bis Tram, Bus oder U-Bahn. SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe muss kurz vor Anreise telefonisch organisiert werden. Und das klappt problemlos. Die Mitarbeiterin von Chopin City Apartments war sehr sympatisch, hat alles sehr ausfĂŒhrlich erklĂ€rt. Check in schnell und unkompliziert. Check out ebenso, SchlĂŒssel werden einfach im Briefkasten deponiert. Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön.

Ein Apartment-Komplex im Neubaugebiet

Wenn man gelernt hat, wie man die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel am besten nutzt, dann ist die Unterkunft zu empfehlen, sonst ist man vom urbanen Leben der Altstadt ein wenig abgeschnitten. Da aber in der Umgebung unheimlich viel neu gebaut wird, kann sich die Lage in wenigen Wochen schon wieder geÀndert haben, wenn neue Lokale und GeschÀfte dazukommen.

Zentral gelegener Ausgangspunkt

Ein wirklich großartiges Appartement und ein toller Ausgangspunkt zum Erkunden der Stadt. Es gibt zwar keinen Empfang, das ist aber auch nicht nötig - die SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe erfolgte durch eine sehr nette Mitarbeiterin der Anlage. Alle Details bekamen wir im Anschluss sogar noch einmal per SMS zugesendet, was ein netter Bonus war. Das Appartement war sauber und modern - da war nix zu meckern.

Nice, clean modern apartment will all amenities

We stayed four nights in a very hot Warsaw (35 Celcius / 95 Fahrenheit) but the apartment A/C handled it well, although it got slightly warmer in the apartment during the last days it managed to keep us fairly cool. The apartment itself is excellent with everything you need, the nearby shops and restaurants are decent. If you want to take the metro/tram/bus it's a fair walk (10 minutes perhaps), but Uber is dirt cheap and taxis are fairly priced too so that's always an alternative for going further into town. Uber trips even at night rarely cost over 15zloty which is just above $4 or below 4€.

Nice, helpful office staff (i.e. waiting at the apartment hotel with key, showing the facilities, helping with taxi at the departure, easy to reach). Friendly service staff popping in; taking care of trash, bringing more toilet paper etc. Modern, well planned and clean apartment with practically everything we needed! Elevator!!!

Extrem verdreckt

Leider haben wir uns auf die guten Bewertungen verlassen und wurden maßlos enttĂ€uscht. Das Apartment war wesentlich kleiner als im Internet angegeben war. Es gab nur eine kleine ausklappbare Couch anstatt ein großes Schlafsofa. Davon mal abgesen voller Flecken und Brandlöcher. Überall war Dreck, Staub und KrĂŒmel. Kaffeeflecken auf dem angeblich gereinigten Boden, WollmĂ€use in den Ecken, Glasscherben auf dem Teppich usw. Als wir eine Zimmerreinigung verlangten wurde es auf den nĂ€chsten Tag verschoben. Reinigungsmittel wollten uns die Herrschaften leider nicht zur VerfĂŒgung stellen genauso wenig wie einen Staubsauger. Als wir den Manager kontaktierten, warf er uns vor, wir hĂ€tten die Wohnung absichtlich dreckig gemacht um ein Upgrade oder was auch immer zu bekommen! Nach zahlreichen Anrufen durften wir am nĂ€chsten Tag das Apartment verlassen und haben den Betrag fĂŒr die restlichen Tage zurĂŒck bekommen. Leider war das Expedia Team nicht hilfreich bei der KlĂ€rung des Problems. Mein Mobilfunkanbieter wird sich ĂŒber die ellenlangen Telefonaten aus dem Ausland freuen.
