Comfort City Modern Studio is an apartment located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood near the banks of the Vistula River in the Białołęka district. The area features extensive green spaces that will satisfy sports and recreation enthusiasts. Along the Vistula River, one of the more interesting cycling paths is currently being developed. A bit further away lies the picturesque Żerański Canal, where water sports can be practiced, and on the opposite side of the Vistula, the Bielański Forest and Kampinos National Park invite active individuals for hiking and walks. The neighborhood surrounding the apartment is still rapidly developing, with new commercial and service establishments being established. An advantage of the apartment's location is its proximity to Galeria pod Dębami. Within just 100 meters, there are Żabka and Stokrotka stores, providing easy access to everyday shopping. Additionally, the tram stop is only 300 meters away, allowing for comfortable and quick connections to other parts of the city. This way, guests can easily and quickly reach all the attractions offered by the capital!

Comfort City Modern Studio features a modern living room with a sofa bed and kitchenette, a bathroom, and a spacious balcony where guests can relax and enjoy their morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The apartment offers top-class amenities, including free WiFi, cable TV, an iron, a washing machine, a hairdryer, a dishwasher, an induction stove, a fridge with a freezer, a microwave, a toaster, a coffee maker, and kitchen utensils. Additionally, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning, providing extra comfort, especially on hot days. Guests also have access to a parking space in the underground garage.

To make the start of your stay more comfortable, we have prepared a set of basic hygiene products, including toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and shower gel. However, we would like to inform you that these are available in limited quantities and are mainly intended for the first days of your stay. For continued comfort, we recommend stocking up on additional items according to your needs.
