Terrible experience.... Strang man walked in our apartment at 4:30am to our horror!!! standing three feet from my bed!!! We were flight attendants for eleven years so we know how to lock doors and we are aware of our surroundings.We yelled "get out" and he backed to the door and left!!! We were so shaken up and still are!! There were three security codes that erApartments gave us when we checked in..the first one at the entry allowed everyone in...one property manager took care of 160 units alone not counting business people!! So that one is useless. Once inside there was another combo that worked. Once you got to the door to enter the entry (which consisted of three apts) was coded and then the code to your private apartment.Obviously they gave or someone gave this man the code to the entry and that same code worked for our private door! We called the manager immediately and she came over. Her husband/boyfriend was with her and said "maybe we should put a dead bolt on thie doors! We called you immediately but no response..we are in Europe and will not be home until Nov 7th. I would suggest you withhold payment until someone calls us
