    Owner did not respond after I made the rental and paid in advance. Vrbo left me without accommodations when I arrived in Warsaw after assuring me things would be fine. Vrbo then placed me in a hotel for 3 days, made NO effort to find a replacement accommodation, and forced me to rent a different p[roperty rather than doing the proper thing and taking care of my problem they created

    We had a very disappointing experience with this property. Upon arrival, we could not get in touch with the owner and were unable to check in. Despite contacting them multiple times, we received no response. We had no choice but to find alternative accommodation at the last minute. Even though we paid in advance, our money was not returned. This is completely unacceptable and I do not recommend booking this place.

    L’hôte ne nous a jamais répondu, nous n’avions pas ou dormir abritel a dit qu’on allait être remboursés, j’attend toujours. C’est bien évidemment comme vous avez compris une grosse arnaque.
