Room was impeccable, sauna and a provided Tuesday body scrub were amazing! Points take away for non-textile sauna- not everyone is comfortable naked in public. Amazing choice of tea and coffee in the lobby, restaurant seems very nice. Amenities in the hotel are great and points for pads and tampons in the boxes provided- huge plus!

Very nice place, good rooms and a huge breakfast selection. The only thing to watch is that prices swing quite widely. When they are low it is very good value for money. It is also within walking distance of Warsaw Central station.

Top score across the board in all categories but the highlight is definitely the breakfast which is an all time favourite of ours. Only thing missing in this hotel is a pool, otherwise it is world class!

My heart is always with Puro. I truly believe it’s the best chain in Poland. It was my first time at the Warsaw location and it was totally worth it. Staff is super friendly, room was spacious. Area around is full of different dining options. Will definitely come back
