Absolutely gorgeous location. Unfortunately, we had booked during a prom night and a wedding venue, and as such had noise until 11 at night from the procession. Otherwise, I strongly suggest this location for any occasion.

Only dining option is a “sports bar” but the bartender couldn’t find and wasn’t very interested in finding, the only playoff game being played. Breakfast buffet is nothing special but $18. Room was clean and quiet but bathroom is small.

After calling several times to have our toilet fixed we were forced to request a room change after over 12hours without a working toilet . At checkout there was no mention of a courtesy credit for our inconvenience, will not be booking with Crowne Plaza Again.

Great hotel gave stayed many times. Night prior and night ending our vacations! I did miss the 24 hour room service which is perfect for 6am and midnight flights. Still, nice rooms, great sleeping and transport to and from airport!

My wife and I have stayed here many times, their hospitality is always great and the bartenders are always very nicely and have great attitudes even when the place is packed. We will continue to use this hotel as our quick getaway.

I was looking forward to the pool. Unfortunately it was quite small and a bit cold for winter. The restaurant was nice, rooms were great, and staff were friendly. Shuttle to airport was great. I hope they can expand the pool and gym area in the future.

Very accommodating there were a guest at work particularly rude. However, that is out of your control. They are with a dance or cheeer program. I would be embarrassed to have them in my property.
