"It was awfully rxpensive, but apparently there was a meeting going on in town so most hotels were booked and those that weren’t definitely had surge pricing! I’d have liked a vending machine with the ice machine on the halls. We just wanted to have a Coke in the room and you couldn’t. We even asked at the front desk if there was a vending machine anywhere nope so we went to the restaurant to order a couple to go (no room service option) and they said I’m sorry food and drink can’t leave our restaurant. I said not even a Coke? And was told sorry policy. So that was weird. Otherwise the room was spacious, the staff was nice. "

"This place has so much room! It was wonderful to be able to move about and not feel crammed or crowded at all with the six of us. DC can be challenging in that way! Everything was neat, clean and orderly. Parking was fine in the alley. The neighbors honored the 10:00 curfew, which was important to us. The only thing we wish we had were more cooking utensils and real glasses (and wine glasses), rather than plastic. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again! "
