Although staying in a hotel with empty stores all around it was a bit eerie, my room was clean and comfortable, it was wonderfully convenient to where I needed to be, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. I did find it strange that one day of my stay no one came to tidy, but I had plenty of fresh towels, so it wasn't a major problem.

Bath tub had been painted and paint was peeling. There was crap in the toilet, pink paint on ceiling in bed room. Breakfast was horrible bacon was like flavorless paper fried. Coffee cups were dirty. . It was a sever let down

Staff is friendly. Lobby is welcoming. King Bed was comfortable. The rooms could use an upgrade: bathtub was peeling. The pull out sofa bed was subpar. Pool and hot tub area were not clean. My favorite part of Embassy hotels is their omelettes at breakfast but they weren't offered the day of our stay.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. However, my bed was lopsided. The shampoo etc containers were empty. Breakfast options were limited and subpar. Brochures of available sites to tour would have been beneficial. Otherwise, not too bad of a place to stay.

We selected this Embassy Suites hotel for it’s location, spacious rooms and made-to-order hot breakfast, which are $25 per person, but offered as a benefit for booking at this hotel. However, this Washington DC Embassy suites does not offer the made-to-order hot breakfast on weekends, although it’s advertised as such, which is false advertising. They offered Diner Restaurant breakfast, which was dreadful! We will not be staying at this Embassy Suites again.

Room was very dirty leftover wraps,nails,confetti dirty floor from previous guests,breakfast stuff very grouchy looking at you like you came there to ask them for blood not for food very unpleasant snatching the plate from you from the table before you even finish very rude!Swimming pool with dirty towels and smell very bad very disappointing! The rooms need to be upgraded seriously curtains in the room showers and better cleaning please!
