"Overall the property was adequate. It has a small refrigerator but lacks a freezer and a microwave. It had a large closet but only five hangers for two people. The bar is open on the weekends only. All of the restaurants are at the casino. No review of the fitness center, I never located it. "

"Very disappointed due to their false advertising. Need to update their website because the hot tub was closed and boarded over so it hasn’t been used in some time. Two of the machines in the gym were broken (one treadmill and the elliptical) and the bench for the free weights was broken as-well. Curtains in the room didn’t fully close so it was very bright in the morning. There was what looked like blood stains on the sheer curtains. We had to get the keycards replaced 6 times because they continuously didn’t work on the doors. Front desk was very helpful and apologetic about the keycards. I wasn’t expecting much but somehow it still fell short of my expectation."

"My air conditioning wasn’t working and they immediately came up and fixed it. Really nice hotel! Overall quality, staff, amenities exceeded expectations. "

"Everything was great. Especially the staff! We couldn’t make our originally planned stay due to being hit by a tornado. They completely understood and rearranged my stay and let me do an early check in the next day, and a late check out the following day with no issues at all. "
