2/10 Terrible

"The pool was about as big as the hot tub, both were overcrowded and dirty and no clean towels...we had to move rooms twice and ended up getting charged for an upgraded room that we didn't get. There were no towels in one of the rooms and no coffee pot either. The breakfast was probably the best part of the whole stay. Neither of the staff spoke fluent English so that was a huge challenge. Very disappointing.."

"Nice, clean room to rest for the night. Breakfast service area was tight quarters, but seating was plentiful. Only main drawback was the fact that we lost an hour during the 30 minute drive from Holiday World to the hotel! Didn't think about the fact that we might cross the time zone boundary."

"I simply was not happy. When I showed up she didn't even come to the desk right away because she was asleep over off to the side and then when she did come she didn't even bother to ask for my ID card she asked for my name and then proceeded to tell me that I didn't have a room then I showed her the reservation information and she said that wasn't their reservation information and then proceeded to say that she found my information in the system after she got a hold of my ID card but that my address was in matching up I don't know what was going on but it took a little bit of time for me to even get registered but I guess you get what you pay for"

"It was very nice and very wonderful experience. Only thing is wish they would have better breakfast but other then that we had an amazing enjoyable time there. Definitely recommend visiting. Especially if you’re going to holiday world. Very close to the park and just very nice atmosphere."

"Would I stay again? Maybe for half the price. (I paid $140 after discounts) It wasn't a bad stay but the beds have definitely been slept in. Felt like we were laying on the springs. The pillows were so flat. The room was clean but at the bare minimum. There were crumbs in the fridge and microwave. One of the TV remotes barely worked. The staff had to open the door to the pool cause they keycard thing was broken. The staff was friendly! The environment was nice!"
