It is a mile from the metro (red line- Silver Spring, MD) with easy access to the National Zoo, Bethesda, Downtown DC, Alexandria, and Highway 495. It includes 3 Bedrooms, 5 beds (1 king, 1 queen, 2 full beds, and 1 queen-sized and 1 full sized sofa bed in the living room), and 2 full bathrooms that come with amenities such as towels, wash clothes, shampoo, condition, a hairdryer, and more. The house was very clean!! Every amenity you would need was available at your fingertips. They even provided a lovely breakfast- cereal, milk, OJ and coffee!! Would definitely recommend this home to others!!!

Outstanding place to stay

From the hospitality and communication from the hosts to the cleanliness, space, comfort, and all the amenities this location is perfect!!! We were a family of six and had plenty of room and comfort. The metro was so easy to use and get into the city. We use VRBO with all of our vacations, and this was the best experience we have ever had.

Lovely place

This place was perfect for us, a little larger group with a young child. the place was beautiful and exactly what we hoped for. Kitchen is well-stocked and hosts were very available for questions. Highly recommended!

Great Stay!

The house was very nice and clean! Only about 20-25 mins away from DC and college park. The area was very quiet! We had plenty of space for the family and were able to move around without feeling like we were on top of each other!

Spacious property in a great location!

Enjoyed staying in this property! The house was very close to all sorts of attractions in the DMV area. The hosts were very flexible with check in and check out time. I was there with my family, and we enjoyed the house - it was clean, modern, enough space, had a balcony and a great on-site parking space. Will definitely rebook when I am back in maryland.

Beautiful Space in Safe Neighborhood

This is a 4 plex and near the train tracks so if you are a light sleeper you may be woken on occasion but DO NOT let that stop you from staying here.Beautiful home, very clean, easy access to DC and surrounding areas and very helpful hosts.My elderly parents arrived before us and the host was lovely they said in helping them access the home.Overall great place 10 out of 10 would stay here again.

Plenty of space for our family of 6!

Great property, just as listed. We had two adults and four children, and had plenty of space for everyone. The complimentary water bottles, juice, and fruit were an extra kind touch. We did have to drive to the metro station, but there are two very close and we found parking every day without issues. The neighborhood was very quiet, and we never heard the other residents who were renting the attached units.

Don’t hesitate, book!

This was such an amazing last minute find for us! We were visiting DC (the museums were about 35 minutes away but felt like 20) Silver Springs (15 minutes) and Rockville (about 25 minutes felt like 15). The hosts were so kind- we almost cancelled because some travelers were sick and they were accommodating to figure a plan. The hosts also provided a full case of water, bananas, OJ, coffee, milk, and sugar.We were 5 adults and a baby, and this house was very comfortable and we felt safe. I’m saving this rental for future travels to the area. There were also enough towels, pillows, laundry items, soap, shampoo, etc. This rental was spacious, clean, and everything you could need. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Clean and close to DC

This house is located close to DC, about a 30 minute drive into the city. The neighborhood seems safe and fairly quiet. When we arrived, the house was very clean. The owners had left basic groceries for breakfast: milk, OJ, cereal, bananas, coffee, tea. This was a nice extra touch. There were also some cookies (which we are) and a bottle of wine (which we didn't drink). The bathrooms were stocked with TP, tissues, soap, shampoo, etc . It was nice to not have to pack all of the paper products and toiletries. This is not a single residence house. The house seems to have 4 apartments. Our entrance was private and we had 2 parking spots. There was some minor noise as you could hear people talking through the walls at night, but overall it was a respectable volume and never late until the night. I would stay here again.

Our goal was to spend time viewing the capital and surrounding memorials and to have a stay location near enough to drive to. This home fit that criteria. It was an easy place to locate, it was roomy for the 4 of us, it was very clean, supplied with all the necessities and in a quiet neighborhood. We would suggest this place to others.
