Welcome to the Reset Retreat!! Enjoy the beautiful Desert Color of St George, its truly a Paradise of Utah.

This beautiful, brand-new cottage has new furniture, appliances, and unique furnishings. It’s split into two levels. Enjoy the main floors modern open space, a fully equipped kitchen with bar seating for four and the most adorable breakfast nook that holds six. Comfortable living area with a wrap-around couch and flat screen Smart TV with basic channels and streaming services. The master bedroom has a luxury king size bed, flat screen Smart TV and a private bathroom. To end your day, enjoy the outside patio with two sets of seating, decorative firepit, hot tub and a gas grill.

The upstairs has two separate large bedrooms The first bedroom has a king size bed, one double bed and a pullout single trundle, can sleep five. The second bedroom can also sleep five. It has a king size bed and one double bed under a single bed bunk. Both rooms have their own private bathroom and flat screen Smart TV with basic channels and streaming services. Great home for individual small families or a bunch of kids!

About The Resort at Stucki Farms:
Located in beautiful Washington City, Stucki Farms is just under 600 acres. Each of our Villages are different and designed to offer something for everyone. From a quaint Cottage to a spacious 8 Bedroom Villa, you can find your vacation destination at Stucki Farms! The 7-acre Amenity Area features our Farmhouse Welcome Center, Resort Lap Pool, Lazy River, Splash Pad, 18 Hole Miniature Golf Course with more to come.
Stucki Farms is only 45 minutes South of Zion National Park, 10 minutes to downtown St. George, and minutes away from St. George Airport, Sand Hollow Reservoir, and Warner Valley (known for it's awesome ATV trails & sand dunes). It is also close to many other popular hiking destinations.

Additional Information:
The Resort Lap/Sports Pool is heated to 80 degrees and open year round.
The Hot Pool is open year round.
The Lazy River is not heated and opens early April, weather permitting.
The 18 Hole Mini Golf Course is open year round. With the rental of this charming home you get a discount.
WiFi is a must and this property has plenty.
Early check in and extended check out is an option based on availability ( fees may be included) Please talk with the onsite property manager to take advantage of this benefit.

Felt Like Home — But Better!From the moment we walked in, we felt relaxed and welcomed. We loved our stay!We had a fantastic 5-night stay! The property was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The amenities were a big hit, our kids especially loved the lazy river, the pool, and the mini golf. It was the perfect setup for family fun and downtime.The location was quiet and peaceful, which we really appreciated after busy days out. It’s about a 20–30 minute drive to most local attractions, so we were close enough to explore but far enough to enjoy a break from the crowds.Overall, a great experience. Nice vacation home

We enjoyed our week at this VRBO. It was just minutes from St. George, which made shopping and dining convenient. We enjoyed the community pool and the firepit in the private yard. When we had questions or needs, the staff was very helpful. People in general were very friendly. Getting to Zion and Bryce NPs was more of a drive, but traffic on the highway was light. It was a little noisier than anticipated due to the proximity of the highway hehind the house. But it wasn't bad and we would stay there again.
