No water, no pressure, no hot water. Fire alarm late at night…couldn’t get elevators back up and running no explanation as to if there was a safety concern. Had to walk up 10 flight of stairs back to room. WORST-3:45am someone opens room door throws a bag in! Room given to someone else while I was still staying in it!

Stayed for two nights for business. The hotel is very clean, with excellent facilities onsite. The gym is shared with the apartment across the driveway and hotel staff have to escort you over, but it's one of the best hotel gyms I've ever trained in (and I've trained in a lot!). It's just across the road from Wholefoods, and there's a cafe that does excellent coffee about 50 m walk. Easy walk to Capitol Hill. Would definitely stay here again.

Upon checking in going to check the sheets big brown mildew stain on the sheets! Houseman came and changed sheets 7 times literally something on each one including blood. The front desk tried to help but the manager Jason could care less. Transferred me instead of talking to me! The staff are like they are because their leader is no better. Also valet parking says 57.00 it’s actually 67.48 they tax it, but ut doesn’t say this anywhere. The shower glass door was coming off the track and out the molding, bathroom towels brown stains like they were never washed. Try a different hotel not the Marriott

Front desk personnel named Takiah was exceptional. She was very attentive to every thing I needed. She also recommended the restaurant on the eleventh floor ( Smoke Mirrors). I had so much fun and will definitely return to AC Marriot for vacation. I have nothing negative to say about it. Wonderful place and awesome employees! Thank you Takiah for your hospitality! OK hotel Experience
The hotel was not that clean. The hotel staff was very nice and very helpful. For what we paid, we expected the rooms to be top tier, they were average at best. The bathrooms, needed to be cleaned better and some of the computers in the lobby were not working. Great location, very close to a lot of restaurants and bars.

Good hotel. 15 min walk to some attractions. No Blink chargers available bc they were broken. (almost all rental cars are EV ). Amazing roof top even though it is close to highway. Recommend it.

Great location. Very walkable to local attractions. We decided to stay an extra night. We booked on Bonvoy after front desk suggested that. We alerted the front desk when it was done. So we were disappointed when we realized our keys were canceled without notification and our room was not cleaned. After a very very long day out sightseeing and exhausted it was disappointing to come back to this. When we called the front desk to let them know and to ask for clean towels it was surprising there was no apology or even acknowledgment.

The hotel was an easy walk to the Capital. The restaurant was great for low-carb offerings at the breakfast buffet, which included charcuterie, even cornichons and mustard! Whole Foods across the street was a plus. Staff were warm and helpful.

Great location. This was the second time at this stay, first was great this time not so much. Shower in the bathroom leaked, staff wasn’t very accommodating and while my partner and I were getting in late one night, he got screamed at by an irate women who demanded he open the door to let her in.

I lovedddd the view of this establishment. I came for a concert at the arena it was only 5 min away which was WONDERFUL. if I did have to complain about something it is parking. There’s no parking garage so u have to park on the street. Loved my stay

Noisy hotel (freeway is right there), with subpar bedding and limited service. Worse breakfast I had in a long time and they charge $19 for it. Overall pretty disappointing for a Marriott property. To add insult to injury there was some construction going on that started loudly at 8/8:30am. I get that construction has to happen at some point but there are nicer sounds to wake up to. The front desk did offer some Marriott points for the inconvenience but that doesn’t really replace poor sleep. Staff was overall nice which is a redeeming quality to some extent.

We had an overnight stay! Room was comfortable, clean! The staff was friendly and accommodating! The bartenders at Smoke&Mirrors were friendly, engaging fun conversation. In the DC area, we would stay again. Only flaw for us is the breakfast is very limited. We went elsewhere for breakfast.
