Some friends and I rented this place for our March Madness trip, and it couldn’t have been a better experience. Only about 15 minute walk to Capital One Arena, tons of restaurants around, and felt very safe, though you should be prepared for a little noise being on a main road. Host was very communicative, made sure we were good throughout the stay, would highly recommend for anyone looking for a reasonable city stay in DC!

This apartment was a great base for our family of 6 to stay in Washington DC. We were comfortable with all the space and bedrooms. The house had plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space. Restaurants are a short uber away. Patrick was very responsive to messages and provided excellent support before the trip. Would definitely stay there again next time traveling into the DC.

The location was perfect to access specific tours and Union Station. Easy car share pickup. There was plenty of room and any time we needed to communicate with the host the response was quick.
