About this property

Canyon Rest! Sleeps 10, Pool, Private Patio/Hottub

  • Canyon Rest is your home away from home. The whole house is yours including a private patio off the kitchen which feels like extended outdoor living. You have a hot tub, gas fire pit, BBQ grill and huge illuminating umbrella for a relaxing stay with friends or family. Cool-off in the POOL that is a short walk in the community. This place is so great you may not want to leave. We are close to Zions National Park and Snow Canyon. There are bike trails and beautiful golf courses all around.
    The space
    We’ve got all the basic kitchen accessories. Then we added items that WE use in our own home to improve the food-prep experience:
    Blender
    Crock-Pot
    Rice-Cooker
    Electric Hand-Mixer

    We have a Pac-Man arcade, a Corn Hole game, puzzles and a bunch of Legos for your entertainment.

    We have high-speed internet, a multi-device charging station and three large-screen smart TV’s (two 65” and one 55”). We even have Disney+ set-up for your use! If you have an external unit like an Xbox, accessory HDMI cables are connected to the TV’s and ready for connection!

    Our rental has a double car garage with a driveway pad, all of which can accommodate 3 vehicles (one in the garage and two on the driveway). There is also off-street parking by the community pool, although in peak times it can be challenging to find a spot.
