Perfect apartment in DC

Great stay

Location was nice. It was an easy walk to the bus line for transit to downtown. Whole Foods was also within walking distance. The owners gave us some good advice on where to eat and were quick to respond to messages.

Great Location

Had a very nice and comfortable stay. Roomy condo, extra clean with great communication from host. It is centrally located to most attractions in and around DC as long as you have a car or make use of bus or metro.Nice backyard porch although the view from it could use some TLC. I would rent this vrbo again.

Clean house

Cleaning staff had done a great job of cleaning the house. Comfortable beds. Plenty of towels and soaps. Easy check in and check out process. Do not park on the street in the front. The city is very strict.

Good space with parking

My family really enjoyed our stay here. Not close enough to walk to the attractions, but it was easy to Uber back and forth. There were some cleanliness issues, but nothing terrible.

Great stay

We were very comfortable here! Something that set this place apart was the comfort of the bed/mattress. No problems with the bed being too squishy or too hard. We slept so well. There's also great water pressure. :)

Home while looking for apartments in DC

Very nice location and the parking spot was great, although there was a time or two where somebody had used the spot and we had to wait for the property manager/owner to have them vacate, but no major issue and incredibly responsive manager. Street parking was easy as well. Great location down the street from Whole Foods and convenient to many restaurants within walking distance

The Condo was wonderful, very clean. Lots of towels. It was a very hot 4 days and it was very nice walking into the well air conditioned condo! The check in and check out was perfect! Thank you for renting to us, we love DC and everyone we ask questions to in DC are always so helpful! The parking spot was grwat too,

This is located in a tree lined route and is great. 1 grandmother, 1 son, 2 grandsons so space for all was wonderful. Whole Foods within walking was helpful. We took Uber everywhere and they were there in 2 to 10 minutes, so convenient. Relaxing environment to us.

Beautifully remodeled and comfortable

We enjoyed staying in this completely remodeled townhouse. Everything on the inside has been redone nicely. We were there during unusually hot weather and the air conditioning was awesome! I would've loved to have some recommendations on places to eat nearby or even some local take out menus. The metro and bus system is easy to figure out. There is a bus stop within a 5 minute walk, which was perfect since it was so hot outside.

Family Vacation in Wash DC

Property is exactly as advertised...clean, safe, with easy access to the Metro. We had 6 in our group, utilizing pull-out sofa in addition to 3 BR's. Grocery store (Whole Foods), plus upscale bars/restaurants within walking distance, as were friendly neighborhood establishments. Enjoyed running around Banneker HS track each morning as bonus. Easy check-in/check-out with hosts that were responsive to questions.

Great DC Trip

Property was centrally located, short walk to Metro, Whole Foods and a few dining spots. Accommodations were comfortable and there was plenty of room for everyone. Lots to see in DC so we spent most of the time away. Made our trip enjoyable.

A wonderful stay!

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The kitchen was well equipped with the basic appliances. The 3 bedrooms were very comfortable. There were plenty of extra towels, pillows, and comforters available. The home is close to the Metro (12 minute walk) and Whole Foods (7 minute walk).

Great location, nice and clean and comfortable

We had 4 adult women family members, each with their own space, including one on the fold-out. It worked out great for us. Easy walking to groceries and restaurants and easy to get Uber. Parking was well described and we had no issues getting in and out. Excellent place to stay.
