The building operates a centralized HVAC system in accordance with municipal regulations. Heating runs from October 13 to May 1, while air conditioning is available from May 15 to October 1. During seasonal transitions, HVAC adjustments are managed by the building association based on outdoor temperatures.

Worked well for my needs, good location

Location was as expected. Pre-Check-in required significant documentation, several digital copies of driver's license. I hope the third party deletes that information after my visit.
