I would stay here again. We used a different parking lot and not many other features on site. Decent area by the Navy Yard Metro, with food sites nearby. Surprisingly quiet area considering busy area and two sporting events in town. No bike racks, but staff told us we could use the barriers by the coffee spot on their porch. Tables outside could use a morning wipe but maybe low staff. Might help with coffee bar patrons. Overall nice location, next time I will check out the pool.

The food selection was very limited here. And this hotel did not serve complimentary coffee, but they did give out free water and small Gatorades due to the extreme heat during the July 4th 2026 weekend which was nice. Our room was really nice, it was clean and spacious!

6/10 Okay

Disliked: Amenities
We arrived a little early, and were allowed to park in the garage early. Walked around for a bit until the room was ready for us. I thought I fully checked in, but apparently the lady who took my car info and my info didn’t check us in. So actually checked in closer to the 4pm time. Room was SMALL for the cost. The sink was clogged, the sofa bed didn’t have any fitted sheets or anything more than a thin fleece blanket. The pillow for the sofa bed had no pillow case. The sofa bed was incredibly uncomfortable, it was basically 3 gymnastic mats on a pull out bed. There’s nowhere to get water unless you want to pay for it. The bistro is EXPENSIVE, and that’s the only onsite food (Expedia advertised $10 per person breakfast which isn’t an option at the hotel). The hotel DID smell AMAZING, and it was pretty clean.

6/10 Okay

Disliked: Staff & service
The parking arrangements are absolutely terrible. The staff is not friendly, not helpful, the parking garage that is part of the hotel is small, but mostly just poorly organized and barely staffed. The hotel itself is in good condition although the bed was so firm we barely slept. The staff downstairs is not helpful and if you ask for anything you are interrupting their social life. They would rather be on their phone than help you.
