Washington DC trip

Upon arrival, was a bit concerned with the location; area seemed to be a bit run down. However, our apartment was great, we experienced no problems and having the bus stop outside our apartment helped to put us at ease.

Terrible Communication

The host was a horrible communicator. Promised to send check in details a few days before our stay. Messaged her on the app and even texted her with no response. VRBO could not get a hold of her either. Ultimately, they canceled my reservation and got us set up in a hotel.Do NOT stay here.

Host did not respond, refuse to give refund

Booked this apartment 2 months ahead. The host did not send any check-in instruction after multiple asks. We had to wait in airport for 4 hours and ended up changing to another hotel last minute. We tried to ask for refund and called VRBO customer service, host still refused to respond.
