House Rules (High-Level)



No smoking or vaping, no pets, no parties or unregistered guests, quiet hours 10pm–8am. Primary guest must be 25+ and stay for the duration of the booking.



Location



Central to shops and dining, with easy freeway access for day trips to Zion, Bryce Canyon, and regional trails. Return to sunshine, big windows, and a calm neighborhood to recharge.



HOUSE RULES

So everyone knows what to expect, these rules apply to every stay, whichever site you book on.

- Check-in is after 4:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM.

- Maximum occupancy: 8 guests.

- The primary renter must be at least 25 years old.

- Security deposit: a refundable $300 hold is placed on the guest's credit card.

- No parties or events.

- No smoking.

- Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

- No pets.
