Relaxing Short Stay

The building’s up keep was properly maintained The Concierge was welcoming and helpful. The apartment was very clean and organized. The surrounding area has numerous restaurants and Entertainment venues to enjoy a night out. I highly recommend staying here.

The process to check in is super painful, they ask for photos of your credit card and personal id and they do not provide clear information of how they dispose of that personal information. Super inflexible and quite rude too.

Not what it looks like!

They only gave one key and it was my husband and I. Extremely inconvenient for us to have to coordinate letting each other in and out of the building. Shower and sinks wouldn’t drain so I was swimming everytime I was trying to clean myself. I felt dirtier. The unit I stayed in smelled like moth balls, really gross. And it’s soooo hard to get ahold of any customer service reps for any concerns. When I tried to rebook for a different unit because the first one was gross and I needed to extend my stay, I changed my mind over night to cancel and they ignored all my calls and messages to cancel and kept all my money and after days of ignoring me said I’m good to cancel but it’s non refundable! Nadeem has no heart, only cares about money and this company doesn’t NOT make you feel like you’re in a home in any way.
