This condo was in the heart of the area! Great dining 1 block away, and a CVS just down the street for essentials. The condo was well set up and was a great 2 bedroom with everything!!! Would rent again when coming to town!

For us the best feature was its proximity to the Metro. It felt very temporary, but that wasn't a problem.

Stay was great. Only issue is that there are to many levels of contacts to know if I'm talking to somebody that can help. Also when clicking on the "directions" in hotels.com it sent me to the wrong address. The person I reached out to was very helpful and sent me the correct information via text.

Highly recommend for a DC trip or extended work stay! We had a 2BR, 2BA apt on the 9th floor. The building and apartment were clean and well-furnished for an extended work stay or a family vacation. Bring your streaming TV account logins to use the Roku on the TV’s and there is a washer/dryer in the unit for clothes. The kitchen has basic dishes and utensils, a drip pot (no Keurig), full-size fridge, stove, and microwave. There are two CVS’s and a 7-11 a short walk away. Food options are about two blocks in almost any direction. My favorites were down at 23rd St, West of Eads where practically the whole block is restaurants For a stay of 3-4 days or more this is a better choice than being cooped up in a hotel. The Metro - Crystal City Station is one block East for the Yellow and Blue lines. The Yellow line is three stops (5 min) to L’Enfant station on the South side of the Mall. The blue line stops at ANC before continuing on to the North side of the Mall. As other people have noted, the property and lessor send out multiple email requests to provide ID and that part is confusing. If you need to park on the property in the underground garage you need to buy that separately at about $20/nt. I didn’t see an option on the Expedia reservation checkout. After arriving I called the customer service number and the rep was very helpful and responsive, even with some tech troubles on our side. Once you pay for that, they tell you how to get a parking pass.
