Old Town is just minutes from downtown DC, yet feels a world away with its charming historic homes and tree-lined streets. King Street, about two blocks away, offers world-class dining and shopping.

Sleeping -- The Master has a King bed with attached full bath. The "Churchill Room" and "Don Draper Room" both have Queen beds and share a full bath.



Eating -- Kitchen is newly renovated and equipped for cooking. All appliances are new (stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher). Casual dining in breakfast nook with table for 4 and gorgeous formal dining room seats 8.



Relaxing -- Large living area with cozy nooks. You can play Wall Scrabble on our giant board or watch TV from our comfy couch.



Working -- Master bedroom has large desk sit-or-stand desk with Herman Miller office chair perfect for working in comfort.



Old Town is just minutes from downtown DC, yet feels a world away with its charming historic homes and tree-lined streets. King Street, about two blocks away, offers world-class dining and shopping.



The Neighborhood:

Founded in 1749, Old Town Alexandria is Older than the United States, and was founded by Scottish and English settlers. Its streets, waterfront and stately homes are absolutely beautiful. Many are also a bit famous! We have one of America's oldest continuously running farmers Markets in front of city hall just a few blocks away, and gobs of historical sights from early colonial days, the American Revolution, and the Civil War. There's always something to do, see, and of course eat in Old Town!



Getting Around:

Walk only 10 minutes to the King Street Metro and Amtrak.



Only 10 minutes drive to DCA airport.

This historic townhouse completely fit our needs. The location was perfect. Everything was clean and cheerful. I particularly appreciated the ease of communication with the owners.

The house is very clean! At night it gets really hot upstairs it would be nice to have had a ceiling fan or some type of way to circulate the air! The living room does not accommodate what the house sleeps. But there’s a useless coach in master room.

Fantastic property

The property is extremely well kept and clean. It’s also located, within walking distance, to everything that old town has to offer. The neighborhood is quiet and surrounded by nice and polite neighbors.
