The rental was exactly as listed. It is a really cute space with a great garden space. When we arrived, it was very clean, cozy, and exactly as advertised. It is really well located to places to eat and is still within walking distance of downtown. The host was very communicative and helpful! If I am in DC again, I would definitely rent this space again.

Everything about the property was great. The inside very clean and homey. All the basics in the kitchen, bathroom was clean and a nice large shower. Washer and dryer worked great. The only downside was the front bed (mattress) was very uncomfortable. We chose the couch instead. The AC worked great as well. An easy walk to the metro and sopping too.

Absolutely wonderful stay! Hosts were quick to respond to questions, place was well stocked and very comfortable. The split bedroom layout gave my friend and I the perfect amount of privacy. Easy walk to stores and some great restaurants. Would 10/10 stay here again!
