High quality finishes and furniture combined with an unbeatable location right on Connecticut Ave. two blocks from the Dupont Metro, great restaurants, and down town shopping will make your stay one to remember.
Guest access
Self-check-in using instructions provided 24-hours prior to arrival. This is two-level penthouse unit by itself on the top (5th) floor of the building. Access is by elevator using specifc key fob provided by owner.
Other things to note
We have a strict NO PARTY policy. Please contact us ahead of booking for permission to host a small gathering in this unit as this is dependent on AirBNB, and local and federal health guidelines due to the pandemic. Should we provide permission, an additional cleaning fee of $375 will be charged at least two days prior to check-in. We reserve the right to cancel your stay at any given moment, even if you are already checked-in, if this house rule is ignored.
Service pets (dog only) may be allowed upon approval with a $500 deposit.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
On your checkout day, return and secure the key and fob back to its assigned lockbox. Please note that there will be a $200 charge for lost or unreturned keys/fobs.
Check-out time is no later than 12PM; our cleaning crew arrives between 12pm-12:30pm to clean and turn over the apartment for the next guest arriving the same day.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
