There is a two car garage for your use. There is no street parking, but guest parking spaces and extra-long parking spaces for trailers and RVs are available throughout the community.

There is a 50 amp NEMA 14-50 outlet for an EV charger, bring your own cord.

The fireplace is non-operational and for decorative purposes only.
