- The building operates a centralized HVAC system in accordance with municipal regulations. Heating runs from October 13 to May 1, while air conditioning is available from May 15 to October 1. During seasonal transitions, HVAC adjustments are managed by the building association based on outdoor temperatures.

Disappointing maintenance response

Property is clean and serviceable. Only issue was wifi router was broken. I called every day and maintenance did not fix the problem. The work around to use other apts router did not work. The signal was weak and did not last.
