Won’t be disappointed

The location is perfect. A lot of store’s nearby that doesn’t require you to drive. My room was very nice and neat. The amenities are wonderful. I would definitely recommend this place. Will be returning again !

The facility and apartment were very clean. Communication was good and done main via text messaging. Transportation was good and the Aldi on the ground floor was really convenient.

South Alex is an AMAZING complex. Beautiful with plenty of shops and foon nearby with Walmart right across the street and Aldi on the first floor as soon as you get off the elevator. National Harbor is right across the bridge about 6-7 minutes and downtown DC is about a 20 minute drive with traffic. The apartment was very clean and smelled amazing. Plenty of closet space with a full size washer and dryer. Ice maker on the fridge, nice view from the balcony and private parking available was also a plus. I will definitely be staying here again. The communication with the host does need to be better especially prior to your stay. But overall I was please and glad I made this choice.

This property was amazing and matched the description exactly. It was spacious, quiet, and clean. I didn’t use the amenities but from what saw, they were great. From the pool, gym, rec area; everything was nice. It even has a Aldi grocery store in site, coffee and Urgent Care. It seems like it has it all! There were a few things I didn’t like, for example, the mattress on the bed was way too soft and you literally sink into it when you lay on it. Some people may like it, but it wasn’t for me. Also, it would have been nice if a pack-n-play/crib was mentioned as being available in the unit; that would have been one less thing to pack. But overall, the stay was great and I will definitely book this property again!
