*House Rules*
1. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
2. No loud noises or music between quiet hours 9PM to 8AM. Unplug all unused appliances, hair curlers, and laptops when leaving the home.
4. Adult supervision required for all children on the property at all times.
5. No shoes inside the property.
6. No Smoking of any kind in the house. A $1000 fee will be applied if any evidence is present.
7. No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays. We reserve the right to cancel reservation without refund and a minimum fine of $1000 if evidence is detected.
8. Check-in time is 4PM - 12AM
9. Check-out time is 10AM
10. No extra overnight guests allowed other than what is stated in the reservation. Violation will result in a $200 charge per person, per night and we reserve the right to cancel the reservation without refund.
11. No mail / packages delivered to the property.
12. No moving / rearranging of the furniture.
13. No unplugging electronics like TVs, wifi, lamps, security cameras, etc.
14. No pre-checking bag storage (only possible when available, upon request, and for a fee).
15. No Pets. Violation will result in a $500 penalty per pet, per night. Double cleaning fee will be applied.
16. Vehicle owners must read street parking signs and must not block driveways. The host is not liable for parking tickets or legal violations. Lost garage opener or parking permit will result in a $300 fine.
17. Flush toilet paper only; no "flushable wipes", paper towels, feminine items, etc. or you will be charged $600 for a plumber to snake the main line if clogged.
18. Report any damages immediately to your host.

We reserve the right to file a report and claim to Vrbo if any of these rules are broken.
