Enjoyable Stay in D.C.

The property is new and very clean. Nice amenities and wonderful location in NoMa. We were able to walk to many sites, including the US Capitol, Library of Congress, Mall, etc. We had one snafu regarding parking in the attached garage. Due to garage maintenance, there was a sign on the door stating all cars needed to be removed from the garage on Monday from 8am to 6pm. I tried calling the property manager several times over the weekend and got a busy signal. I also left a voice mail message that wasn't returned. In addition to this, I sent an email before departure regarding instructions on check out specific to linens, dishes, and trash removal and again didn't hear anything back. Overall, we were very satisfied with the property. However, there is an opportunity for improvement around responsive communication from the property manager.
