Great for large groups
The house worked well for our group. It’s a fun layout and the beds were comfortable. Location was close to the metro, which was convenient. The kitchen could definitely use some bigger pots and pans, especially for cooking for a group. Overall, it did the job for our stay. We would stay there again.

We enjoyed staying at the Presidential DC Estate. We have several people but had plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes. Beds were comfortable. Home was clean. Plenty of parking (we were concerned about that). Communication with the host was great - very responsive. Great for our family to visit the DC area. Thank you!
