The interior of the apartment is nice and clean, however, the area is very unsafe, with drug dealing and police cars going on all night. People hung out all night right across the street, playing loud music and yelling, making it impossible to sleep through the night. There is no parking in the property so we had to park our car on the street right where all those people were partying
This place is actually more spacious than what was shown on the listing. It was in a PRIME location for what I booked it for (music festival at RFK fields), an Aldi’s that is a 7 min walk, and the price was very fair for what you got.Check in was easy, but was a bit confusing, given all the different checkpoints to put in all the pins. Overall would book a stay here again whenever I’m visiting DC
