    This beautiful single home is centrally located in the middle of everything. You will love how easy to walk in lots of places(Mall, Metro, Restaurants, Bars, Groceries, and a lot more). It is very easily accessible to the National Mall Area, Pentagon City, Crystal City, Clarendon, Ballston, Alexandria, and lots of other places.

    This beautiful single home has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a kitchen, a laundry room, dining room and an attached patio(acces from the side door). Please see the detail of the rooms in the house.

Great location. However, there were many issues with the house. The furniture must have bee picked up on the sides of the road or goodwill. The couch is totally worn out and smells. You sink down in it when you sit in it. Meager, random assortment of dining ware, glasses, and cups. I purchased plastic cups and plates to serve the four of us. Bottom of stove oven was broken as well as top rack of dishwasher. Bathroom sink drains very poorly. Commode takes forever to refill. This could be a nice property if it was properly furnished. In its current state, it reminded me of my college frat house.
