Unit One has two bedrooms with a queen bed each. Unit Two has one bedroom with a king bed + a trundle bed. Unit Three has two bedrooms - one with a king bed and one with a queen bed.*

    Embrace the local culinary scene with many delightful options just steps away. You`re a short stroll for your morning coffee. Experience DC authentically!

    *Please be aware that the steps are a bit steep that lead to the second floor where the bedrooms are. The bathroom is on the lower floor.

    You will enter in through the main door of our home through a smart lock, and then you`ll have access to Unit #1, Unit #2, and Unit #3 in our property via smartlocks. We also have one parking space that is available for rent. (An additional parking space is coming soon hopefully!)

    If you only need to rent one or two of these units, that is definitely a possibility. Just reach out to us!

    This unit requires stairs.

The location of the property was perfect. And was a great size to host our small family reunion. Walking distance to the zoo was great and the surrounding neighborhood was quiet. No access from the back parking was a little inconvenient. But the street parking was available and easy. The first floor bathroom door handle was loose and you cannot open it from the inside so if you are in the unit alone that could be an issue. Otherwise everything was great. Thank you!
