Both Sand Hollow and Quail Creek reservoirs are within 10 miles, offering great options for boating and fishing. There is also a stocked fishing pond right across the street at the city park, perfect for kids. For a day trip, Las Vegas is less than two hours away and offers endless entertainment. For the adventurist type, there are many mountain biking trails from Cedar City South to Mesquite, NV. In fact, one does not have to go very far to find the closest bike trail from the condo. Prospector Bike trailhead is just 5 miles up the road. There are also hundreds of hikes and bike trails within a short drive. If golfing is your thing, this condo is connected to the Coral Canyon Golf Course.
