We had a fantastic 2 night stay! Perfect location for walkability. Check in was easy. Great building, well appointed, and stocked. Recommend shower drain clean out and adding a few hangars in the closet but otherwise awesome!

The hidden fees more than *doubled* the price from that which was advertised, but even so, it was a good value (I just didn't like getting tricked).
Because the adjoining building is a church converted to a business, the place was super quiet.
A lovely location to access Old Towne Alexandria! I enjoyed this third floor studio; it was clean, bright, and had all necessary amenities. However, because it's an old building and on the third floor, the water never really got hot for showers. I had to heat water on the stove and use a washcloth to shower. By the third morning, the water was tepid. Again, this may not be fixable by the property manager, but all-in-all, communication with the manger was positive and the room was clean.
Place was nice for what it offered as a studio.
Only complaint is mechanical equipment that cycled through out our stay.
Night is when it became a problem from waking me up.
This could be of occupying the top floor .
But either then that. It served its purpose.
I really enjoyed this property and it's location. Perfect walking distance from whatever I needed during my stay. I look forward to staying again when in town.
This efficiency is adorable and well-appointed in a fantastic location if you want to be in Old Town, Alexandria close to the action but not in the most touristy parts of the waterfront. Is perfect for a solo traveler. I have a few constructive ideas to help improve the experience for others - not trying to be critical as I loved the place. It would be good to have a dish rack that fits into the sink so that one could leave dishes there to dry after washing. (Kitchenette area is quite snug.) Also, I suggest putting a hook on the bathroom door to hang a towel so that one can reach the towel easier when getting out of the shower. In addition, I think it would be good to explain more about where the laundry is and what it costs, etc. Finally, I would suggest that the property managers always give out a phone number with the check-in information in case there are any glitches. I have been to enough VRBOs that I asked for the number on my own and it turned out to be a good thing as there was a glitch with the outside front entrance door code when I arrived after a very long day of travel (which Natasha quickly remedied after I contacted her). Both Ben and Natasha were fantastic and responsive. These are just some ideas to make the experience even better for future guests.
