Staff is awesome. From the doormen to the front desk, to the bar tender, all were terrific. Hotel needs a little TLC (paint scrapes, scratches, dents); floors in the room could be more spruced up; more “pet free rooms”! We’re highly allergic.

The toilet became plugged on my second night. Wish they had a pen and pad of paper in the room. They were helpful in handling an upstairs noisy guest and in general very nice and accommodating.
