Ideally suited for business executives. You will be located 15 minutes away from the White House, The Capitol and the Georgetown University. One-Stop from Reagan National Airport, 2 blocks away from Crystal City and Pentagon City Metro stations. Hundreds of restaurants and shops.

The pool only opens from May-September.

You will be located at National Landing which is is comprised of three thriving neighborhoods: Crystal City, Pentagon City, and Potomac Yard. You will have also the best transportation network in the Washington, DC area, Only minutes from downtown.

Walking distance of Reagan National airport (one stop from the station), the Crystal City and Pentagon City Metro stations, and the Virginia Railway Express.

You will be provided with towels, shampoo, and soap (will only be provided for your arrival 2 toilet paper rolls, and small shampoo and soap).
We do not provide wash cloth.

Parties or a high volume of sound that causes annoyance to neighbors is not allowed in the unit, if this rule is ignored, the building may fine you.

If you lose the keys or the fob of the property, keep in mind that we will charge you $250

Please be advised that during the night, a construction work is carried out in the building next door.

Great Location/Plenty of Room

Overall, excellent experience! Location is perfect, quick 5-10 min walk to Metro. One block away from food/shopping/pharmacy on Crystal Dr. Quick access to DCA airport. Condo was spacious, fit our family perfectly with 3 bedrooms/2 baths (4 beds total). The condo is right out of an IKEA ad with nothing on the walls and minimal furniture/decor. Kitchen was builder grade everything, but sufficient. The check-in/out is handled by a third party vendor so you do lose that personal touch, I don't expect early check-in/late check-out, but I do expect a place you could set your bags for half a day on either/both ends. Everyone is so lawyer'ed up with who's responsible, we miss the opportunity to do the right thing. We didn't spend a ton of time in the condo as we were out exploring as often as possible. But the beds were a comfortable end to each day. Great experience, would certainly stay here again!
