"Very well maintained room and property. Pool was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was slightly better than standard hotel free breakfast but pretty much what you'd expect. Hotel is within walking distance to most of Ephraim, though you have to walk along the main road with no sidewalk. Easy to walk to nature preserve at Anderson Pond, which was nice. Only negative about the hotel is the fitness room equipment is not in the best condition."

"Everything was wonderful! The hotel was conveniently located just a couple of minutes from Al Johnsons, where we had breakfast EVERY DAY! And our 6 year old son loved not only the pool, but also the jacuzzi tub in our room! They also have a basket by the front desk with extra toiletries and towels!"

"Michelle was an excellent host. Very communicative, responsive, and quick to resolve anything that came up with a satisfactory solution. The cottage was clean, cozy, and perfectly located within walking distance of many attractions for both people and dogs. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again."

The staff took a long time to sort through the issue, including "shh'ing" me when I was trying to ask for an update.
