"Pleased with the staff at check-in. Big crowd handled very efficiently. Surprised to get housekeeping without request. Nice touch. Cleaning was excellent. Decent breakfast buffet spread. Good snack selection. Quality rain shower. Only quibble would be the parking. $15 a day for surface parking seems excessive but I’m thankful the staff spared me the hassle of dealing with their (wholly unnecessary) third party parking vendor. Overall quite pleased and would consider another stay."

"Breakfast was lukewarm all 3 days we ate there despite arriving soon after opening. Both elevators were out of service for part of our stay. Wi-Fi access went out on the last day -- perhaps because we'd been there a week? -- but desk clerk had no idea how to fix it. Cleaning staff kept skipping our room despite no request to do so. Definitely a mediocre experience"

"Great hotel, great location, great staff. Very nice room with comfy bedding, the only issue is that one side of the building is facing the moxu hotel, my view was from the alley between the 2 hotels with a view to the most guest rooms. Had to keep the blinds shut for most of the time."

"It was great! Area was clean even though they said thet were renovating. Breakfast choices were plentiful and the breakfast area was kept clean. Room was nice and clean. It was very comfty!"

"Everything was awesome 🌟 experience. A+++ the staff, the rooms super clean, excellent cleanliness. They had everything that we needed, pool, breakfast, griller, fireplace, computer, printer, etc. I felt HOME totally recommended. 👐😁👍"
