"Clean place but there was a musty smell "

"The hot tub was not in working order, and the fireplace in the room would not turn on. Thankfully, I was able to have the front desk person come up to the room to fix the fireplace; there was no bedding for the pull-out sofa in the room either, something else I had to go ask the front desk for."

"Well, there was a cockroach in the bathroom of the hotel of my room, and I reported it to the front desk and he says that that’s very rare that that happens as if it happens and then offered to accommodate me and no kind of way totally disappointed"

"Cookies and popcorn at check in. Clean room with enough towels. Breakfast selections were great."
