Peaceful Tignall Cabin on Strom Thurmond Lake!
10/10 Excellent
"This property exceeded our expectations. The house was very clean and comfortable. The distance to the water for short and it was an easy walk, not very steep. There were so many little extra features of the home, yard and dock area. We felt like we were in our happy place all weekend. We even had an imaginary visitor, Sasquatch! Just kidding, it was a cutout, but we liked him! The little things added so much to our experience. There were cozy throw blankets. And pillows in the living room. The kitchen was stocked with very nice cookware and appliances. The dock had a swing and other seating. We have already booked our next visit, and we feelLike we are already good friends with our hosts."
Quiet Secluded Lakeside Home on Fishing Creek of Clarks Hill Lake.
10/10 Excellent
"Excellent property and host!"
Cullars Inn
8/10 Good
"Large clean rooms with no frills. Comfortable beds, clean bathroom, secure locks, working WIFI, cool refrig, and cable TV. What was missing was...no HBO, no shampoo, no coffee machine, no breakfast, no ice machine. Hardworking staff were very flexible with our late checkin and early checkout. There's a gas station within walking distance for liquor and coffee (though no good food). Short drive to the Chicken House for an authetic local experience and great food."
