"This is by far the absolutely most comfortable bed in any hotel EVER! The free shuttle back and forth from the airport was super convenient. Even though planes are taking off at the airport close by, they have a double set of windows. If you close them both, you literally can not hear any outside noise at all. The only thing I didn't realize is how kinda isolated the hotel is from restaurants, etc. But I would definitely stay there again. "

"The hotel was lovely - the room and common areas were all clean and comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and always did the utmost to make our stay the best it could be. The complimentary breakfast offered much more variety than we expected, and was excellent! Our only issue was that the air conditioning was temporarily out of commission during our stay as the units had issues changing from winter mode to summer mode. Although this was completely out of the control of the staff, they were still very apologetic and offered us free drinks and even brought us a fan to help cool off our room. The stay was lovely, and we would be happy to stay here again, should we ever return to Amsterdam!"

"Staff was outstanding in being helpful. Breakfast was a disappointment since all of the “hot” food was tepid at best. The cold foods were great. Overall, I recommend this choice. I’ve included the view from our room."

"I stayed at the Bilderberg 2 years ago and thought it was excellent. So much so that I returned to the Bilderberg this year. The facility has been renovated and the results are beautiful. The lobby is open and multiple check in kiosks/computers are available. The rooms seemed larger to me and the decor was wonderful. Breakfast at the Bilderberg was more than adequate and I hate the thought of returning to my old breakfast practices in America.(Maybe I can do it on weekends.) The staff is very helpful and answered travel directions with a flip of their cell phones, whether it was the Metro, the tram,, bus, taxis, etc. Everybody was able to answer questions in English or Dutch and I imagine in other languages, too. We stayed at City Inn at Radison Amsterdam West but preferred the Bilderberg in Rotterdam."

"We enjoyed the breakfast and the family suite was convenient. Needed more outlets that were accessible to the nightstands in the 2nd bedroom. We also could not get the lamps to turn on without the main light overhead being on...it was so strange. Understanding that it is highly recommended to recycle, it would have been nice to have some kind of trash or place to put recyclables in our room. The air conditioner in the secondary room was loud and did not get cold....we were hot and couldn't get the air to go lower.... allergies prevented us from opening a window. Parking should be free. When you are paying a high rate for rooms, to add additional for parking that was right out front is a bit greedy to me."
