Was clean and had TV with enough channels mostly Thai.
Bathroom was ok
Good restaurant near by.
But as other reviews have said its cheaper just to pay at the counter for the price I paid breakfast should have been included.
There are better hotels for the price around the lake"

"We had a pleasant stay. Good value, good location. I didn't see any of the problems mentioned in the reviews. Maybe the showerhead is a little low, but I'm taller than average. Breakfast was good. Service was good. I've stayed at much worse in USA for 5 times the price. I've stayed at 5 different hotels in Khon Kaen and this is the best so far."
