"This is a budget hotel - so don`t expect anything more. It is good value for money and in a location about 10 - 15 minutes walk from Chiang Saen centre. There are no cafes close to the hotel so be prepared to walk or take a ride to the centre of Chiang Saen. The staff are friendly and helpful."

"Room was very clean..modern and eco friendly, bed was a little firm. Parking facilities were outstanding! TV didn’t have any English channels. Would have liked a tub..to take a bath. Breakfast was simple but great coffee options! Sensational balcony view of Laos! Romantic atmosphere but I was traveling solo."

"Excellent value for money. Big room. Lovely pool. Fabulous breakfast. Hotel was very quiet during our stay in early January. Very attractive location and grounds. The beds were very firm. No safe. Proper showers were impractical due to absence of shower curtain. But these were minor inconveniences. We had a great stay and were well rested."
