"Good value"

"Perfect location in the middle of city centre, plenty of food options around the area, park nearby, bus stations nearby for seeing out of town. Staff were super helpful, spoke decent English (my Thai isn’t the best…) Room was nice, had everything I needed. Would genuinely return next time I’m in the city"

"Friendly and helpful staff, clean room"

"This hotel is nothing like it reports to be, the room was big but old and run down, there were bugs in the bed and shower and the towels were filthy.... When I tried to explain that I had aroma booked the staff did not have a clue and when I tried to explain it was booked on line they suggested that I had booked the wrong hotel...... And tried to charge me again for something that I had already paid for."

"The room was large & good size for a family. Ants were in the room, the hot water water in the shower was smoking & over heating. We just needed a place to stay for the night while the AC was getting fixed in the condo we are renting. Sufficient if you are in a pinch"
