"The resort is amazing, the staffs very nice and proactive"

"Overall a wonderful stay. 1) A good place to unwind and switch off. Suggestion, the hotel might want to put signs on the buildings where the rooms are located, to keep the voices down because some guest are very loud for a long period of time. 2) The evening service where the hotel will put the pillow scent based on our request is not working as expected. I didn't smell anything on my pillow. My friend who requested it as well, was also disappointed because she didn't smell anything. Suggestion to put some aromatherapy with different options in the room. Should be optional as some might not like it. 3) The food was great. Fresh juices, different food options. 4) The staffs are friendly and helpful. 5) The room was spacious, clean and big size bed. 6) Great swimming pool, but we didn't enjoy the cocktails at the pool bar. Overall great stay with small improvements. Thank you for taking such good care of us. "

"Bathrooms could use some upgrades. Otherwise very comfortable beds n pillows. They had made a tent for our kids in the rooms..kids loved it. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. They had the perfect mindset to treat their guest like Royalties."

"Everything was perfect. Room condition is so good. So comfy, dry and soft beds. Swimming pools are so clean even those are huge. No smell of any chemical treatment there. People are so nice and kind. Location is soo good to eat(just beside of the hotel there's popular street for food and massage) and enjoying shopping at bali collection. We could use pick-up car heading to shopping mall and private beach so easily but, no need to worry if we couldn't ride the car. We could reach there by walk just 10 min."

"Fantastic stay at SOL Benoa Bali Eveything was great from check in to check in to check out Property is clean and well kept, rooms are spacious and comfortable and every member of the staff was friendly and accommodating We asked for an airport pick up and drop off to be arranged which was worth doing as we had hassle free transfers with great drivers There was a good variety of food at every restaurant and evening entertainment was enjoyable Overall we couldn't have asked for a more relaxing vacation with every need taken care of 5 stars 🌟 "
