"Beautiful property right on the sea. Super clean and well maintained. We had the sea view balcony and it was perfect! Best place to stay away from the crowd but easy walking distance to food, bakeries and the beach. The staff couldn't have been more welcoming! "

"We spent an incredible week at Arina hotel in October , 2025. The room on the first line was spacious and clean, the seaside view and a private pool & sun beds were great. The reception team Natia, Giorgios and all went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The evening shows were a real fun especially with entertainment team, dancers and performers. Appreciated that, as there was literally nothing to do or to go to outside the hotel The food at main restaurant was diverse and delicious, and huge props to the restaurant manager Giorgio and all the staff for their hard work. Many thanks to the superstar bartenders for the perfect service. Marina, Olga, Myrto, Dimitri, Panagiotis- cheers I'd highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and fun getaway. "Nice quiet area extremely close to a very nice beach and near many restaurants and attractions. Short drive to Heraklion. The unit was clean and had everything required for a pleasant stay. The patios on the east and west side were a bonus. Owner was available to be reached at all times if necessary. Would recommend a stay here."

"My mother and I had a great time staying at Casa d'Irene. It is well located being close to the airport and close to a nice beach and shopping (both under 10 minute drive). The pool at the house is fantastic and the amenities and views are all as advertised. Ownership/Management was also very communicative and attentive to any needs we had and of course great resource of information. If we come to Crete again, we will stay here and recommend Casa d' Irene!"

"My husband and I loved this beautifully restored property in a quiet, authentic Greek village away from the crowds. Balcony views across the valley were amazing. The garden area for breakfast was another favourite. Manolis, the owner, was very helpful with the check in process and made recommendations for our time there. He was super responsive whenever I communicated with him, and we were appreciative of his thoughtful gestures such as the fruit platter and wine on arrival. The village has a fabulous restaurant, The Golden Cage, which serves fantastic food. There is no mini market any more in the village. However, it’s approximately a 10 minute drive to the nearest supermarket in the town of Kokkini Hani, which also has a nice and calm sandy beach. If you’re arriving late in the day or in the evening, I suggest you bring your own breakfast supplies with you. A most unique and memorable stay! "

"From the beginning, it felt like a family atmosphere. Not just with incredible Greek friendliness, but you really felt like the employees cared and were personally invested in your experience. A local village feel with just about everything you need nearby: store, 5-6 good restaurants, stellar beach. The hotel itself was excellent for those who want to do nothing but relax. Great bar and kitchen with reasonable prices and good quality food. Morning breakfast was nice. You don’t go there if you are expecting new and luxury facilities but you go there for a great vibe and beach experience. Beach was sandy and pretty clean with chairs and umbrellas to which the hotel would deliver food and drink to. All around very happy!"
