"The overnight guy and the grill in the morning at the front desk both were very kind and helpful and quick. The people at the restaurant they said hello but they did not ask me if I wanted any further service although they did prepare some fruit for me, which was nice of them that I had brought from my daughter and it was about to go bad so that was a special perk. They went out of the way to help me at the restaurant so I appreciate that on the other hand it’s a very nice hotel very pretty high-quality furnishing. It’s just a little bit dated it needs for example upgrades in the bathroom. I would say I would give it like a seven out of 10, but it’s beautiful yes and clean, yes I did not walk around the area so I don’t know how the neighborhood was but besides that it’s good for an overnight state that I wouldn’t say for an extended stay no the pool was available with my daughter was happy for that, but it was cold and the Jacuzzi was also empty which I expected to be full and hot but besides that everything was fine."

"The room was spacious and clean and modernly decorated. Everything was very good with the exception of the fact that the room had no fan or a/c and it was warm in Loja and as a consequence was the room temperature was high and it was very uncomfortable to sleep or sit in. Otherwise, I would have rated it a 5."
