"Check in was seamless, counter staff very friendly. We prepaid breakfast when booking, great deal as we could order anything off the brekky menu, the eggs Benny was the best I’ve ever ordered. The room was very quiet and as expected, the tv was larger than usual in a hotel. Loved the waterfront location and it was across the street from Prospera Place which had an event we were attending. We would book there again! "

"The location is incredible. Right downtown next to the park, but does come with noise from the highway. Nothing fancy, but a good place to stay. I had pre-paid for 3 nights, checked out after 2, but of course due to 'policy' they wouldn't refund the 3rd night, so the place became very expensive for 2 nights.The hotel safe wasn't functional and they didn't get it fixed before I left."
